PDF files can be used depending on originating artwork. If you have a PDF file please email it to us to confirm the file is suitable.

BMP, TIFF or JPG files are sometimes possible to use depending on quality. Minimum resolution is 300 dpi . Please email the file to confirm that it is suitable to use.

Word documents, Publisher, Power Point or any other Office based program is usually not sufficient for finished artwork.

We have the facility to redraw files that are not suitable to work with. Please submit your artwork and we can give you a quote. If it is a simple text layout we offer this service free of charge.

An artwork is always supplied for approval prior to printing.

We make best efforts to ship your products to your desired destination in the most economical way possible given your specified date and production limitations.

We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or delayed by common carrier, international or Australian Customs departments or by 'acts of God'.

Insurance is available for your order if required. If insurance is waived, shipment is at the receivers risk.

CAN YOU WORK WITHIN A TIGHT TIME FRAME?

In most cases we can work within a deadline, however this is subject to the item and quantity required. If you have a time frame please contact us prior to placing the order..

DO YOU HAVE MINIMUM QUANTITIES?

Yes all our items are displayed with the minimum quantity available for each product.

DO YOU SUPPLY ARTWORK PROOFS?

Yes, once an order is placed and paid for an artwork proof will be emailed to you for approval.
